Most building materials and minerals such as quartz sand, lime, dolomite, and marble are sieved before these substances can be further processed. Screening tasks of minerals and building materials place high demands on technology. The screening machine construction schall be robustly designed, be suited for dusty environments and although shall remain low-cost and low-maintenance during its operation time.

Typical solutions provided by tumbler screening machines

  • Fractionation of dry sand in three or more fractions, with a capacity of up to 30 t / h (feed capacity) and high selectivity
    – fractions from 0.3 mm to 2,0 cm (for instace, 0,30/0,63/1,25/2,5 mm)
    – temperatureup to120°C
  • Fractionation of limestone, dolomite and marble in four or more fractions, with a capacity of up to 30 t/h (feed capacity) and high selectivity
    – fractions from 0.150 mm to 2,0 cm
    – temperature up to 120°C
  • Fractionation of methylcellulose in four or more fractions, with a capacity of up to 5 t/h (feed capacity) and high selectivity.
    – fractions from 0.100 mm to 2,0 cm
    – temperature up to 120°C
  • Fractionation of gypsum to the grain size of 200µm, with a capacity of up to 5 t / h (feed capacity) and high selectivity.
