Basics
The data privacy statement should inform website users about the type, scope and purpose of collection and use of personal data by the website owner (The contact data can be found in the legal notice).
The website owner take the data protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection regulations and our own privacy policy. Because of new technologies and permanent further development of the website changes to this data statement can be made. We recommend to read through this privacy statement at regular intervals.
Definitions of the terms used (e. g., “personal data” or “handling”) you can find in the art. 4 DSGVO.

Access data
We, the website owner or site provider, collect data over accesses to the website due to our legitimate interest (see art. 6 clause 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store them as „server-logfiles“ on the Server of the website. The following data will be recorded:

  • websites visited
  • time and date of the access
  • quantity of the data transmitted in byte
  • link, being used to come to the site
  • browser used
  • operating system used
  • IP address used

The server-logfiles will be stored for max.7 days and afterwards they will be cancelled. The data storage takes place for security reasons, in order to be able to clear up cases of misuse. If the data must be saved for evidence reasons, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.

Reach measurement & Cookies
This website uses cookies for a pseudonymous reach measurement, which will be transferred either from our server or from the server of a third party to the browser of users. Cookies are small data files, that are stored on your terminal. Your browser accesses this data files. User-friendliness and safety of the website grow by the use of cookies.

Collection and processing of personal data
The website owner collects, uses and transmitts your personal data only, if this is permitted within the legal framework or if you agree to the data collection.
All information, which facilitates to identify a person and which could be traced back to you, are considered to be personal data, thus e.g. your name, your E-Mail address and telephonnumber.
You can also visit this weblite without providing personal information. However, in order to improve our online offer we store your access data (without reference to a person) on the website. This access data include e. g. the file you have requested or the name of the internet provider. By making the data anonymous it is impossible to draw conclusions to your person.
Notice: On our website we do not process personal date like first name, family name, IP-address, E-Mail address, residence, postal code and summary of contents from e.g. a contact form.

Users‘ rights
As a user, you have the right to receive – on request – free information about personal data relating to your person that was stored. Furthermore, you also have the right to correct false data and to restrict processing or to delete personal data. If appropriate, you can also enforce your right to data portability. Should you believe, your data was processed illegitimate, you can file a complaint to competent supervisory authority.

Deletion of data
If your wish is not in conflict with the legal duty to save data (e.g. data preservation), you have a right to delete your data. Should the data, we store, no longer be necessary for their purpose and there aren´t any legal retention periods, they will be deleted. If deletion can not be carried out, because the data is required for approvable legal aims, the restriction of data processing will take place. In this case the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Right of objection
The website users can exercise their right of objection and can anytime object to the processing of their personal data.
